That sounds like a computer problem more than an XBC probem to me...
Check your hibernation settings and such, turn them off, and try that...
Edit: If that doesn't work, you might want to just try downloading a fresh version of XBC.. heres some instructions on how to properly uninstall.
How to Uninstall XBC
- All of this must be done after you have closed XBC. Please do not do this with XBC still up and running.
[list:0d3d4a9fa8]Go to your "My Computer" select the C drive and the go into the Program Files Folder. Select the XBConnect 4 folder. In this folder double click on Unwise.
This will launch our uninstall program. Click on custom uninstall.
Then click on "Select All" and then next. Do this for the screens that follow. Reboot your computer.
Then go back to www.xbconnect.com and download a fresh version of XBConnect.
