Forum Rules:
1. No discussion of warez or links to warez. This is illegal and will not be tolerated.
2. Discussion of mod chips is allowed. Links or descriptions of places to download binaries (unsigned code, game backups, and BIOS) from is NOT allowed though.
3. No racial remarks. This is a zero tolerance rule.
4. No harassing of the XBC Staff or users of the Forum.
5. Spamming or linking to sites not approved by XBC staff will be edited/locked at the moderators judgement.
6. Rules can be changed/revised at any time. The XBC Staff has the final decision when it comes to a dispute.
Avatar & Signature Rules:
1. Avatars can't exceed 100 x 100 (width by height).
2. The signature image can't exceed 400 x 80 or 300kb (width by height).
3. The graphics must not depict drugs, sex, material sexual in nature, half naked women, half naked men, or offensive body gestures.
4. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the violating Signature and/or Avatar and a possible Forum Infraction/Warning.
Forum infractions:
1 point: Loss of avatar and signature use.
2 points: Loss of everything besides normal posting and viewing.
3 points: Banned until the first point expires.
An Infraction point has a default of one month.
