I have XBOX 360 and I'm trying to play Halo 1. I DO NOT have a physical disc for the game and instead downloaded H1 from XBOX live.

XBConnect was able to find my Xbox but when I try to find a game or host a game, I can't see, or been seen.

Also i haven't recently installed any new programs that should be affecting XBC.
But i have disabled my firewall (even though it wasn't blocking XBC anyway) and temporarily uninstalled my anti-virus and it's still not working.

Hello all! i am completely knew to xbc. i had a few questions about my setup because my pc and x360 are apparently not on the same local network, though i can get xbc to communicate with the internet.

ill start by saying i was drawn towards tunneling software not too long ago when my friend and i had some nostalgia talking about good times with co-op splinter cell chaos theory. now we're both trying to get this goin'. i told him once i figure out how to set it up then he'll imitate the same setup as mine.

we are both having trouble finding the console through xbc. my setup:
x360--ethernet--actiontec/verizon fios router/modem
pc--ethernet--same as ^above^
my pc is running on windows 7. latest winpcap. checked xbc to run on winpcap.
i have forwarded ports...8602 (unless that's wrong)
and since i have a new x360, i made sure to use an alternate MAC address that started with at least "00125A"
i have no anti-virus firewalls running. i checked windows firewall to let xbc through.
i made sure, on sc: chaos theory, to be on the screen Right After i press system link where it's supposed to list joinable games (as seen on that one guide with all the awesomely made gifs)
just to wipe things clean on the pc side. i uninstalled both winpcap and xbc. reinstalled the latest winpcap before reinstalling xbc.

so far.. i think that sounds right...right? for some reason i still cant get them to think it's on the same network. xbc cant seem to find my console (or more like i cant get them to connect) im trying to backtrack here. i was wondering if anyone can find possible flaws in my setup. any help would be appreciated!
